Netwalking

Great things happen when people spend time together outdoors…

The wellbeing benefits of walking and being outdoors are well documented; it can improve mood, reduce stress, promote physical health and strength, and encourage a healthy circadian rhythm. But did you know it can also boost creativity and confidence, which provides ideal conditions for effective networking and team cohesion? Walking and talking provides a less formal setting for ideas to flow, connections to be made and relationships to strengthen.

If you would like to book a bespoke professionally guided netwalking session for your network, organisation or business, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Client Testimonials

Nia from Wild Trails Wales facilitated the most wonderful Netwalk networking hike for our Women in Transport Wales Hub guests in the beautiful Wye Valley. The hike was perfectly pitched in terms of challenge for the group and ensured we felt like we’d achieved something. It was also a great opportunity to meet like minded women, share experiences and connections and build relationships, which is exactly what I hoped it would do. Nia was incredibly knowledgeable about the route, the history of the area and the plant and wildlife and habitats and pointed out lots of interesting things. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed and we are looking to build Netwalks with Wild Trails Wales into our regular calendar of events at Women in Transport Wales.
