BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for making bookings with Wild Trails Wales Ltd, an outdoor activities provider based in the UK.

By making a booking with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before making your booking. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not proceed with your booking. Payment acts as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Booking Process:

  1. Booking Confirmation:

    • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us.

    • Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a booking confirmation email from us.

  2. Payment:

    • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

    • We accept payment via our secure online payment system powered by Stripe and PayPal, or by valid gift card.

  3. Participant Information:

    • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information about all participants when requested.

    • Any changes to participant information must be communicated to us as soon as possible.

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancellation by You:

    • All bookings are final. You may wish to obtain travel insurance to cover you against any need you have to cancel your booking.

    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy as outlined below.

  • Cancellation by Us:

    • We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings.

    • In the event of cancellation by us, you will be offered an alternative date where possible or a full refund.

  • Refund Policy:

    • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in accordance with the following:

      1. No refunds will be made in the case of cancellation by you.

      2. If we have to cancel a booking, we will refund you in full within 30 days of the cancellation.

      3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.

    Gift Cards:

    • All gift card purchases are final and cannot be refunded nor exchanged for cash.

    • Gift cards can be redeemed against any of the products and services available at the time of redemption. We reserve the right to make changes to our services, products, pricing and availability at any time, at our discretion.

    • All gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase only. Bookings or purchases made with gift cards after 12 months will not be valid.

    • The cancellation policy for gift cards is the same as for all other methods of payment (see above).

Participant Responsibilities:

  1. Health and Safety:

    • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit and healthy to participate in the chosen activity.

    • Any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements must be disclosed to us prior to the activity.

  2. Conduct:

    • Participants are expected to follow all instructions provided by our guides or instructors.

    • Any behavior deemed dangerous or disruptive, including being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, may result in removal from the activity without refund.

Liability:

  1. Assumption of Risk:

    • Participation in outdoor activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, death or property damage.

    • Participants acknowledge and accept these risks and their responsibility for their own actions and / or involvement, and agree to release us from any liability arising from participation.

  2. Insurance:

    • We recommend that participants have adequate personal insurance coverage for outdoor activities.

General:

  1. Changes to Itinerary:

    • We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary or activity details as necessary, based on factors such as weather conditions or safety considerations.

  2. Force Majeure:

    • We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or equipment failure.

  3. Governing Law:

    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
