A 2-day, 1 night introduction to expeditions for women, in the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park. Learn the skills needed to plan a successful expedition, including kit, routes, safety, camp craft and more. Suitable for women who want to build their skills, self-reliance and take a step into the world of multi-day hikes and expeditions, in a supportive setting.
