Would you love to reach the summits of some of Wales’ highest peaks, but believe it is beyond you?

Reach Your Peak is a mountain walking coaching programme that can help you to reach your goal of feeling confident to enjoy walking in the mountains, working towards a specific challenge, reaching a peak such as Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), Pen y Fan for example, or a long distance walk.

Who is it for?

The coaching programme is designed for those who may feel they have a low level of fitness or confidence, and who would like to progress to mountain walking and achieve a personal goal.

This programme is also ideally suited for employers wanting to support their employees wellbeing.

What is involved?

Starting from scratch, coaching can run for as long as you want it to, on a month by month basis - just like a gym programme for example.

The programme works not only on the physical fitness needed to reach a peak or long distance challenge, but also confidence and mindset, through a gentle, supportive and friendly approach.

What is included?

  • One-to-one intro coaching session online

  • Two week personalised intro at-home programme

  • In-person coaching sessions, at an interval to suit you - one session per month included in programme

  • Ongoing programme for between in-person sessions

  • WhatsApp support
