By choosing to participate in one of our activities, you agree to listen to the safety advice given by your activity leader, and acknowledge personal responsibilty to follow all instructions given.
We take your privacy very seriously. We need to have access to this information while we are out walking with you, so the above information may be stored on a password protected device or email server that your guide can access during the trip, and passed on to emergency services if required, after which time it will be removed to secure storage and kept for a minimum of 7 years.
